Service Description

Reiki is a wonderful energy healing system that can help you to relax and let go of day-to-day stresses. It can also help to promote mental and physical healing by reducing stress and allowing the body to focus on healing and repairing itself and function as it should. Fortunately as Reiki is a channelled energy, a connection can be made with another person from a distance and sent Reiki to them. Reiki over a distance offers all the benefits as if you where physically in the studio. You will still feel and see the loving warmth, tingling and bright colours and feel as refreshed as in your normal face-to-face session. HOW TO PREPARE: * Find a quiet space to lay down or sit. * I can stream some relaxing music or you can play your own music as you prefer. * Make sure you have a glass of water nearby and a blanket in case you feel cold. HOW IT WORKS: I will arrange a Zoom call (or if you prefer a phone call) to carryout a short consultation before starting your 30 minute session. You can mute your video and audio during the session so you can fully relax. At the end I will allow you a few minutes to relax but letting you know the session is over and give you time to discuss the session.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations please give us at least 4 hours notice; you may be liable to the full cost of the session if you cancel any later than this.
